Reason:
You are not able to shut down the DATASPACE OWNER if one or more Multi-User Facility or Facilities is still enabled.
Action:
Issue a STATUS on the DATASPACE OWNER and determine if you want to allow the Multi-User Facility or Facilities to continue running, or bring down all that are running and reissue the EOJ to the DATASPACE OWNER.
