Reason:
A parameter has a range and the value presented is outside the valid range. The parameter may be dependent. For example, the number of concurrently operating tasks must not be larger than the number of data buffers. If you set the number of tasks with the MUF startup option TASKS at 5 and have previously set the number of data buffers at 4 with the DATAPOOL option, the number of tasks would be out of the valid range.
