Reason:
This message is generated when a batch job connects to a Multi-User Facility using XCF. In the message text, the TOGROUP=name gives the group name, as specified in the DBSIDPR module. SYSTEM= gives the z/OS name of the system on which the MUF resides. The SYSTEM name can be blanks if it is not known at the time the message is printed
