The CXXMAINT CONVERT1412 option of DBUTLTY downgrades your CA Datacom/DB Directory (CXX) from the current version to the prior version. The CONVERT1412 option reads the Directory backup, alters it, and writes the Directory in the old format.
This is the only Version 14.0 DBUTLTY execution allowed while pointing to a CXX set to Version 12.0.
