Dynamic Extend during RETIX

Dynamic extend of an index area is attempted if requirements are met. If requirements are not met, dynamic extend is not attempted. The requirements are as follows:

• SORT must be specified as greater than 0 (zero).
• The data areas must be using the URI option.
