The accounting database that you are cataloging must be in PRODuction status in CA Datacom Datadictionary. If not, an error results. The CATALOG option validates the accounting database before cataloging it in the PRM table. The EDIT option of accounting also performs a validation. Run EDIT before placing a database definition in PRODuction status.
