Remediation Feature for Incorrect Classifications

Automatic document classification can sometimes result in incorrect classifications (also known as 'false positives'). An incorrect classification may prevent legitimate users from accessing a document.

To allow you to fix incorrect categorizations, the CCS now includes a remediation feature. Briefly, you can manually configure an XML remediation file (ccs.config) to exclude incorrect classifications or include missing classifications for specific documents.

For details, see 'Fixing Incorrect Classifications' in the CCS Integration Guide.
