View Log Files
By default, the Administration console lists logfiles on the local machine. But you can also view logfiles on remote machines.
To view local logfiles
- Choose Manage, Logfiles or click
.
- Browse the available logfiles and choose the one you want to view:
indicates a closed logfile.
indicates the current logfile.
Note: You can only view logfiles if you have been granted the View Logfile privilege.
To view remote logfiles
- Choose Manage, Machine Administration or click
.
- Expand the machine hierarchy and select the machine you want.
- Right-click and choose View Logfile.
