View the Dashboard

The Incident Dashboard is installed automatically with CA DataMinder FastStart. You can save your own customized versions of it.

To view the standard Incident Dashboard

Go directly to the Incident Dashboard tab.

To view a dashboard that you have customized

  1. Go to the Review tab.
  2. In the left pane, expand the Dashboards group.

    The right pane shows summary details for available dashboards. Icons identify the dashboard type:

    iconsole icon predefined search [2] Predefined dashboards are available to all users logged on to the CMS.

    iconsole icon customized search [2] Customized dashboards are your own saved and customized dashboards. They are not available to other users.

    iconsole icon derived search [2] Derived dashboards are customized dashboards available to all users.

  3. Click the dashboard you want.
