RQ is compatible with Oracle and SQL Server CMS databases. This necessitates a distinct code set for each platform. Although the functionality provided in each case is the same, there are slight architectural differences. In particular, the core product code for Oracle is contained within multiple routines residing in a single stored database package called WGN_RQ, while for SQL Server each routine is an individual stored database procedure or function.
