WGN_V_ISSUE_1

This view was used to reflect an interface of the table Wgn3EventIssue prior to version 4.0 SP4, 4.5 SP2, and 4.7 of CA DataMinder.

It returns one row per issue. With these releases came a schema change where a new table was introduced (Wgn3IssueParticipant). It is in this table that the field ParticipantIndex now exists post these releases. This view has been maintained to allow backwards compatibility. Since the releases mentioned above this view has been superseded by two views: WGN_V_ISSUE_2 and WGN_V_CURR_ISSUE_PARTPNT_1. WGN_V_ISSUE_1 has been deprecated and should not be used post these releases as it arbitrarily chooses one participant for the issue which could result in unpredictable behaviour.
