For CA DataMinder, the Audit Status, Action Taken and Resolution audit fields available to reviewers in the iConsole support the following values:
Permits a reviewed incident to be set to ‘Escalate’, ‘Pending’ or ‘Close’.
Can be set to values such as ‘No Action Taken’, ‘Discuss with User’, ‘Escalate to Management’ plus various other ‘Escalate’ options.
Supports the following values: ‘Non Issue’, ‘Non Issue Policy Update’ and ‘User Education’.
