You manually enable the data warehouse by running a wgninfra.exe command.
From a command prompt in the \system subfolder of the CA DataMinder installation folder on the CMS, run the following command:
wgninfra -localexec wigan/schema/Schema RunScript "scripts\DW\DWEnableDW.sql
