Tracking ID 585-86: FSA and CFSA Cannot Add Smart Tags To Office Documents on 64-bit Windows Machines

The FSA and CFSA are unable to apply smart tags to scanned Office 2007 documents on 64-bit Windows machines. Although Office 2007 applications are 32-bit, Office 2007 only registers a 64-bit API on 64-bit Windows machines. This prevents the FSA and CFSA from interacting with Office 2007 to apply smart tags. A future CA DataMinder release will provide a 64-bit FSA to avoid this problem.
