You now need to set up the templates for the warning message and ‘unmatched response’ follow-up message:
The body text for these messages is specified in two separate text files, WarningTemplate.txt and UnmatchedResponseTemplate.txt. These are installed with the Exchange server agent and IIS SMTP agent into the following folder on the machine hosting the server agent:
\Program Files\CA\CA DataMinder\Client
Note: For Exchange Server 2007 or 2010, the machine hosting the Exchange server agent is the Hub Transport Server.
You can also specify the subject field for the ‘unmatched response’ follow-up message. You define the subject by editing the registry on the machine hosting the server agent:
To enable email server agents to access these message templates
You need to configure the following registry values on the machine(s) hosting the email server agent:
For Exchange Server 2007 or 2010, you need to configure these registry values on each Hub Transport Server. You must then set the UpdateConfig registry value to 1 for changes to this value to take effect.
If multiple IIS servers are deployed for load-balancing purposes to serve the same SMTP routes, configure these registry values on all the IIS servers, that is, on all the machines hosting an IIS SMTP agent.
