Default Policy for Imported or Scanned Files

In previous versions, CA DataMinder tried to determine the policy participant for scanned or imported files by mapping the host machine ID onto user address lists, and applying the Fallback User policy if no match was found. But in the current CA DataMinder version, policy engines apply the Default Policy for Files to scanned or imported files if no other means are available to determine the policy participant.
