The CCS FCI plug-in supports various performance counters that can help you to diagnose file classification problems. You can view these counters by adding the 'CA Data Protection FCI' performance object to the Performance applet. You access this applet from Administrative Tools.
This object includes the following performance counters. All counters are reset when the FSRM service restarts (for example, when you reboot the host server).
Shows the number of files that have been classified since the system was last started.
Shows the number of dictionary requests by the CCS since the system was last started.
Shows the total number of files that were not classified because an error occurred.
Shows the total size (in bytes) of all files that have been classified since the system was last started.
