Display Partially Reviewed Events

You can customize a standard search to display the count of multiple issues and the percentage of associated users who have been reviewed in the Audit Status column.

Partial review percentage = 100 / total number of associated users

For instance, an event has three associated users. If a reviewer has reviewed only one user and marked status as ‘Close’, the audit status of Close 33% is displayed.

Follow these steps:

1. In iConsole, navigate to the Review tab and click the Searches link.

   The Searches page lists the available searches.

2. Click Actions and then Edit Properties.
3. Click Audit tab. Select a Review Definition option from the following options:

   Any managed associated user or Event review

   Indicates an event where users are reviewed by any of the review participants. If the review definition is Any managed associated user or Event review and the event is partially reviewed, the event is considered reviewed.

   All managed associated user or Event review

   Indicates an event where users are reviewed by all review participants. If the review definition is All managed associated user or Event review and the event is partially reviewed, the event is considered not reviewed. An event is 100% reviewed when all managed participants have been reviewed.

   You can view the customized standard search results with partial review percentage in Audit Status column.

Note: When no participants have been assigned to an issue, it is considered as Event Review and assumes that all participants have been reviewed (audit status value is assumed to be 100%).

Partial Review Calculation for Security Models

The partial review percentage is calculated on the basis of the security model associated.

Management Standard Security Model

When this security model is in use, the partial review percentage is calculated based on associated users.

Unrestricted

When the Unrestricted security model is in use, the partial review percentage is based on the associated participants.

Policy (Standard) Security Model

When this security model is in use, the partial review percentage is based on the associated polices.

Hybrid Security Model

Irrespective of the hybrid security model being used, the partial review percentage calculation in the Audit Status column is based on Management Group (Standard) security model.

Administrator

When the Administrator or Unrestricted RLS model is in use, the partial review percentage is based on the associated participants.

Important! Previously reviewed data appears partly reviewed in iConsole when the user has selected Sender option in the Issues tab of Administration Console.
