Cache Configuration
To override the default number of replication retries for failed events defaults, or to change the cache’s maximum event threshold:
- Add the following parameters to startup.properties on each child machine—find this file in the \system subfolder of the CA Data Protection installation folder. For example, to specify five retries and a 200 event cache limit, add these parameters:
rep.retryThreshold=5
rep.cacheSuspendThreshold=200
- After editing startup.properties, restart the local CA Data Protection infrastructure.
