CA DLP creates a Primary Administrator account when you run the Administration console for the first time after installing. The primary administrator has full administrative privileges and full management group coverage. Furthermore, the administrative privileges and management group assigned to the primary administrator can never be changed. This means it is not possible to withdraw a privilege from this account, or to assign a management group that excludes some groups or users.
Note: You must use this account to configure CA DLP after deployment. For further details, see the Deployment Guide. Find this on your CA DLP distribution media.
