Edit an issue

The issues associated with an event can be updated to reflect recent developments.

To update an issue

  1. Click an event title in the search results screen.

    The event details and event toolbar are shown at the bottom of the screen.

  2. In the Audit pane, click the issue you want to update.
  3. In the Edit Issue dialog, make any necessary changes.

    In this dialog, you can change which users are associated with the issue, add a comment, and send an e-mail to a colleague.

  4. Click OK to update the issue with your changes.
