Tracking ID 652-07: Email Attachments Sent From Windows Live Mail Client Hotmail Accounts May Not Trigger Policy

An email that is sent using the Windows Live Mail client (using the DeltaSync protocol) may fail to trigger policy if the trigger text is included in the attachment. The attachment will still be written to the CA DLP database.
