Tracking ID 597-39: Entering XML formatting characters into filter settings on the CA DLP Network console causes policy corruption

You cannot use the "<" and ">" characters in policy filter names because doing so causes policy corruption. To restore policy, edit the nbapolicy.xml file manually and re-upload it to the FTP server’s config folder.
