CA DLP servers also support 64-bit versions of these operating systems.

Note: If running Windows Server 2008, see the special requirement for Microsoft IIS 6 WMI Compatibility.

The iConsole runs in the following browsers:

You can only use the iConsole dashboard in a 32-bit browser because the required Adobe Flash is not available as a plug-in for 64-bit browsers.

Note: The iConsole may run in other browsers, but these have not been tested.

BusinessObjects InfoView

(Applicable only if CA DLP integration with BusinessObjects Enterprise is enabled.)

InfoView is the BusinessObjects web portal. In BusinessObjects XI 3.1 SP4, InfoView is not supported in Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.

Dashboard

The iConsole requires Adobe Flash Player to display the dashboard.

The browser host machine must have Adobe Flash Player 9 or later installed. (Minimum version 9.0.124.0)

Note: The Adobe Flash Player add-on is currently only available for 32-bit browsers.
