UA Requirements

Email Servers

The UA supports the following email servers:

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007 or 2010
• Lotus Domino 7.0.2, or 8

Local Email Client

One of the following email clients must be installed on the target UA server:

• Lotus Notes 7 or 8
• Microsoft Outlook 2003 with the latest available service pack. This Outlook version enables the UA to temporarily store e‑mails in .PST files while they are processed.

  Important! You must use Outlook 2003 as your MAPI client! During testing, we found that Outlook 2003 was the only Outlook version that delivered reliable performance.

  Outlook must be the default email application on the host machine.
