Before you can download the NBA software onto your NBA Appliance, you must get the required software packages fromCA Support Online.
Where Do I Find the NBA Software Package?
Zip files containing the required packages are included in patch RO26711, CA DLP Network Support for SSL Decoding. This patch is available on the CA DLP Solutions & Patches page of CA Support Online: support.ca.com.
Which Package Do I Need?
The NBA software package that you need depends on the Bivio appliance. Both NBA packages listed below contain CA DLP Network r12.5 with the SSL Decoding enhancement.
Download and install this package:
nba.B2000-12.5.2610.20-1.ppc.rpm
This package is in a zip file included in patch RO26711.
Download and install these two packages:
nba.B7000-12.5.2610.20-1.ppc.rpm cavium-1.00-7a.ppc.rpm
These packages are in two zip files included in patch RO26711.
Note: If you want to use the SSL decoding functionality, you must ensure that your Network Appliance is using the latest Cavium driver. This is because the NBA offloads the computationally expensive cryptographic operations to Cavium CN1615 Security Processor cards, freeing the Bivio CPUs from this task and thereby maintaining high performance.
