Browser Host Machine Requirements

The iConsole is a browser-based application. These requirements apply to the browser host machine.

Browser

The iConsole runs in the following browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, 8, or 9.
• Firefox 3.6 or 4.

You can only use the iConsole dashboard in a 32-bit browser because the required Adobe Flash is not available as a plug-in for 64-bit browsers.

Note: The iConsole may run in other browsers, but these have not been tested.

Outlook

When browsing search results, if a reviewer wants to view a copy of an actual email (that is, they want to open a downloaded .msg file), the browser host machine also needs Microsoft Outlook 2003, or 2007.

Note: If Outlook is not available, the reviewer can still save the downloaded .msg file.

iConsole Dashboard

To display the iConsole dashboard, the browser host machine must have Adobe Flash Player 9 or later installed. (Minimum version 9.0.124.0)

Note: The Adobe Flash Player add-on is only available for 32-bit browsers.
