FTP Folder Connection Requirements

When you browse to the FTP folder in Windows Explorer, you must:

• Connect as the NBA administration user (the default username and password are both 'admin').
• Ensure that the Internet Explorer (Advanced Options) setting called 'Enable FTP Folder View (Outside of Internet Explorer)' is enabled. This permits access to the NBA FTP folders.
