Upgrading Your Database

Consider the following when upgrading your database:

Oracle

You must enable certain privileges (if you have not already done so) before upgrading your CA DLP server. These privileges permit CA DLP to create function indexes on key database columns.

SQL Server

After upgrading or installing a service pack, you must restart the relevant services.
