Upgrading to SQL Server 2005

If you upgrade your database engine on an existing CA DLP server to SQL Server 2005, you must run a script to enable the CA DLP database to support Snapshot Isolation locking.

You must also set the compatibility level for your existing databases to ensure compatibility with SQL Server 2005. This is because various CA DLP components in r12.0 use features introduced in SQL Server 2005.
