SQL Server: @start_ts='<date>'
Dates are always in the format:
yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss
Oracle: start_ts=>to_date('<date>','<pattern>')
The <date> format is defined by <pattern>, such as 'DDMMYYYY' or 'YYYYMMDD HH24:MI:SS'
This parameter specifies the event timestamp for the start date and time of the initial aggregation. You must enclose the date in single quotes. For example, to specify an aggregation start date of 6:00 am, 1 July 2008:
@start_ts='2008-07-01 06:00:00'
start_ts=>to_date('20080701 06:00:00','YYYYMMDD HH24:MI:SS')
If you specify a new aggregation start date, the purge parameter defaults to 0 (zero).
