Timeslot Length

SQL Server: @granularity=<n>

Oracle: granularity=><n>

Defaults to 60. Here, n specifies the timeslot length in minutes and must be a factor of 1440. That is, the timeslot length must divide exactly into the number of minutes in a day. For example, to set a 12 hour timeslot, set this to:

@granularity=720
granularity=>720

Note: If you change the existing timeslot length, the purge parameter defaults to 1, causing all existing aggregated data to be purged (even if you have explicitly set the purge parameter to zero).
