Policy Engine Folder

For performance reasons, you may need to amend the these settings in the Policy Engines folder. You must only edit these settings if instructed to do so by CA technical staff:

Maximum Number of Concurrent Operations

Defines the maximum number of files that can be processed simultaneously by a policy engine.

Deadlock Detection Timeout (seconds)

Specifies how long a worker thread must be inactive while processing an event before the policy engine considers the thread to have stalled.
