FSA Deployment Overview
This section describes how to install and configure the FSA. The key deployment tasks are as follows:
- Deploy your policy engines.
- Deploy the FSA. You need to:
- (Optional) Deploy a NIST database. If you use a NIST database to filter file scans, you must install it before deploying the FSA.
- (Optional) Install database client tools. If you want to run database scans, you must ensure the appropriate client tools are installed on the system that will be running the jobs (for example, the FSA or a remote FSA connector).
- Specify FSA user accounts.
- Install the FSA.
- (Optional) Install a Remote Policy Engine Connector.
- (Optional) Install a NIST Database Connector.
- (Optional) Deploy FSA Remote Connectors.
- Configure the FSA.
- Set up CA DLP user policies.
- Configure FSA scanning jobs.
