Configure IBM DB2 CommonStore for Domino

IBM DB2 CommonStore for Domino needs to be configured to treat the unique ID generated by the UA as an indexed property. To do this:

  1. When configuring the IBM DB2 CommonStore Server (archpro), you need to model the archint.ini settings on the example below:

    ARCHIVE: CSLDAPMARCHIVE

    STORAGETYPE: CM

    LIBSERVER: ICMNLSDB

    ITEM_TYPE: CSLDAPMMail

    CMUSER: CSLDUSER

    ARCHIVETYPE: BUNDLED

Note: The only supported archive type is 'BUNDLED', so ensure that the IBM DB2 Content Manager ITEM_TYPE CSLDAPMMail is set to be a ‘Resource Item’ of class DKLobICM.

  2. In Domino Administrator, open the CSLDConf Configuration Profile and edit the Document Mappings:
    1. In the Form tab, set the CommonStore Archive ID to CSLDAPMMail.
    2. In the Configuration tab, set 'Create stub text as retrieve hotspot' to No.
    3. In the Attributes tab, set:

    Subject:CSLDMailSubject

    From: CSLDMailFrom

    Ported Date: CSLDPostedDate

    OrchUniqueID: APMUAUID

You must manually add attribute OrchUniqueID. It is specified by UA registry value StoreUniqueID.

  3. Still editing the CSLDConf Configuration Profile in Domino Administrator, you now need to configure Automated Archiving.

Specifically, you need to create and edit an archiving policy. Then, in the Archiving Policy screen, go to the Request Parameters tab and set:

    Archiving Type: Entire Document

    Archiving format: Notes native format

    Delete attachments: No

    Create document stub: No

    Delete original document: Yes

  4. Finally, you need to configure:
