Enable Access to the Designated Mailbox
When an email is released from quarantine, CA DLP uses a designated mailbox to forward the email to its intended recipients. Therefor, before you install the Quarantine Manager, you must ensure that the QM domain user is a mailbox-enabled user. That is, the QM domain user must be able to access the mailbox on:
- The Exchange server specified by the MapiEmailServerName registry value, or
- The Notes server specified by the NotesEmailServerName registry value, or
- The SMTP server specified by the SmtpEmailServerName registry value
