CA ControlMinder was requested to check the authority of process ppp but there was no valid accessor handle for that process. In most cases, the reason is that the user associated with the process is not a CA ControlMinder defined user, or that the process is unknown to the CA ControlMinder system. In both cases, CA ControlMinder gives this process only universal access rights. If the system does not produce the expected results, contact your vendor's technical support.
