EXEC > P=ppp U=uuu (R=rrr E=eee S=sss) to (E=EEE) BYPASS

Although the program is setuid, setgid, or both, and its execution should have invoked the access rule decision mechanism, CA ControlMinder bypassed this check because the owner of the file EEE is the same as the current effective UID (eee). The program execution cannot change the scope of the privileges of the process. If the program is defined in the database as a trusted program and was modified or otherwise tampered with, program execution is not granted.
