During startup, CA ControlMinder registers all executable files that are to be treated as privileged programs. The specified programname cannot be located on the file system during startup. CA ControlMinder ignores the program and startup continues.
The list of privileged programs is defined in the CA ControlMinder code for each operating system environment.
