CA ControlMinder maintains plug-in settings it uses under the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\AccessControl\Instrumentation\PlugIns
The Instrumentation\PlugIns registry key does not contain any registry entries. It contains registry subkeys for every loaded plug-in.
