Global Authorization Attributes

Users who have a global authorization attribute set in their own user records can perform special functions on any relevant record in the database. The global authorization attributes are:

• ADMIN
• AUDITOR
• OPERATOR
• PWMANAGER
• SERVER
• IGN_HOL
