Process ppp associated with userid uuu attempted to access a CA ControlMinder protected file. In the message text, dev and inode are the device and inode of the file being accessed, respectively; acc is the access mode (that is, READ, WRITE, and so on); and pathname is the real path name of the file being accessed.
