Console Manager Console Commands

The following table lists the Console Manager commands you can use from the command line interface. This table does not include the commands used to manage Console Manager (see the chapter Managing Console Manager for the management commands.)

CONSOLE CONNECT

Starts the connect interface from the shell, or system prompt

CONSOLE C3

Starts the C3 interface on workstations

CONSOLE DIALOG

Performs a dialog with a specified serviced system

CONSOLE EDIT

Starts the configuration editor using the C3 interface

CHARACTER_CELL

Starts the configuration editor on character cell terminals

CONSOLE EVENTLIST

Starts an Eventlist interactively

CONSOLE MONITOR

Starts the monitor interface on character cell terminals

CONSOLE WATCH

Logs console data to hardcopy devices

CONSOLE EXTRACT

Outputs console log data for a specific period of time to a file, or the default output device, for examination
