Arguments

context: Specifies the Console Manager context. This value is returned by the call to CMUserInit for use by other interface routines.
readroutine: Specifies the address of the routine to be called when an event is received from the Event Notification Services daemon.
errorroutine: Specifies the address of the routine to be called when an error occurs while communicating with the Event Notification Services daemon.
X11appcontext: Specifies the X-Toolkit application context.
