SPIN

This command closes and spins-off the current ISRVLOG or GNETLOG data set. Logging is resumed on a new, dynamically allocated file.

Syntax

SPIN {ISRVLOG|GNETLOG}

The //ISRVOUTP OUTPUT statement was not included in the start-up JCL. ISERVE uses information about this card to assign attributes to the newly allocated data set.
