CA_OPR_MAX_WAIT (Max # of seconds to wait for available thread)

Applies to Windows only

This variable specifies the number of seconds Event Management waits for a thread to process a message action. If a thread does not become available in that time, the message is logged although no action is taken.

Before you change the value of this field, consult with your system administrator or CA Technologies Support. Increasing the size of this field can cause the use of excessive system resources.

Range: 1 through 3600

Default: 300
