OPENLOG Command

The OPENLOG command opens a log that was closed with the CLOSELOG command. After a log is opened, CA‑L‑Serv can start recording information in that log.

Syntax

OPENLog name

Note: The OPENLOG commands are typically issued from a console of an operator. You do not need to issue an OPENLOG command after you issue an ADDLOG, PRINTLOG, or SWITCHLOG command.

Example

To start recording information in log LOG1:

OPENLOG LOG1CA‑L‑Serv
