CLOSELOG Command

The CLOSELOG command closes a log and all log files that are associated with it. By doing this, you tell CA‑L‑Serv to stop recording information in that log. To start recording again, issue the OPENLOG command.

Syntax

CLOSELOG ddname

Note: Issue the CLOSELOG command from a console of an operator.

Example

To close the log file LOG1:

CLOSELOG LOG1
