By default, the Control Panel input area occupies only part of a line. This provides the maximum display area and is still large enough for most ISERVE commands.
You can use the TOGGLE command to add a full line to the input area. Issue the TOGGLE command again to restore the input area to its original size.
To expand the input area after you have filled it with a command, end the partial command with a hyphen (-) and press ENTER. The input area enlarges to two lines, your partial command is retained, and the cursor is positioned to the position occupied by the hyphen. The TOGGLE command can later be used to return the input area to its smaller size.
