Externalize Component Trace Data Example

Trace data is externalized through an SVC dump. To externalize the trace data, use the MVS TRACE command:

TRACE CT,ON,COMP=CAMASTER,SUB=(FA9.R141)

When prompted for a reply, enter the following command:

R nnn,OPTIONS=(SDUMP),END
